Wheat Flour, Wholemeal Flour, Sugar, Water, Yeast, Baking Powder, Vegetable Oil, Oat, White Sesame, Black Sesame, Brown Rice

Cooking Method:
Steam: 8-10mins (after defrost).
Deep Fry: 170°C to 180°C till golden brown in colour (do not defrost).
Microwave: After defrost, wrap mantou with cling wrap and microwave over high heat for 1-2 mins.

Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to cook. Do not refreeze after defrosting, quality may be affected.
